China Mission Update
March 30, 2008
Hi Friends of Life and Liberty Ministries,
Please remember us in your prayers as we (Denny and Christian) spend the next couple of weeks in China. We will be flying over on Monday, March 31 with a team of fifteen believers.
I ask that some of you commit yourselves to pray for us when we come to your mind during this time. Our Father knows when we are in need of intercession and your prayers may be the vehicle to open doors for us.
Pray for wisdom, protection and a free passage for YHWH's Word.
I will share the details of this ministry outreach when I return in mid-April.

April 15, 2008
Hi Everyone,
Yesterday we flew from Hong Kong to Beijing with approx. 700 lbs. of Bread. We delivered it to a local Brother who leads an unregistered home felowship. He will disperse it to his contacts in areas where there is a great need.
We fly back to the States tomorrow.
All praise to YHWH for the work that was accomplished. Worthy is the Lamb!

Hi Everyone,
This may be my last note from China. We are flying from Hong Kong to Beijing tomorrow with a large load of Bread for the Family to distribute in other areas.
Our time here has been very productive. We have been blessed to bring over approximately 6 van loads of Bread and teaching materials. The borders are getting to be much more challenging to cross with the officials on the lookout for us. Even so, by YHWH's grace, much is brought over under the noses of the customs officials.
Yesterday I was stopped twice at two different border crossings. They were looking for us at one crossing that had been open. With some quick manuevering, we were still able to slip two backpacks full of Bread in by slipping the packs into already searched luggage.
The customs officials won't accept Bread from us as a gift when they are around other workers, but one official gratefully accepted a loaf when she was alone with us as we picked up some confiscated Bread. We have also been able to give witness to individuals who are standing around us as we pick up confiscated items at the crossings. Pray that she and the others who have received our gifts will be drawn to the Father.
We will meet the ladies team in two days and fly back to the States.
To YHWH be all glory, honor and praise for the work He allowed us to be a part of. It was only by His hand that it was accomplished. We've seen Him work in marvelous ways many times.
Pray for the salvation of the lost in China and the strengthening of the persecuted Church.

Hi Everyone,
Thank you for praying. After several days of border crossings, we
began to notice increased hinderances as we crossed over. It became
obvious that the officials were looking for "Bread". Several were even
stopped before they got to the x-ray machines and searched. We desire much
prayer and as we have asked for successful passage, we have seen our
prayers being answered. We are bringing "big" loads in through one door
and smaller loads through the others. we are getting much in.
Several van loads have been sent inland. The Body in China has been
very grateful and thankful. Keep praying that we will be blessed with
open doors to provide much more Bread before we head back home.
To YHWH be all glory and praise for the work He alone is doing!
I have heard that the ladies team is also doing well.

Tuesday, April 8
Hi,
All is going well. We are at this time approaching a border with a team of 8. We are packing full loads. Please pray.
Teams of two, take turns praying through the day for the border crossings. Some are easier than others but the officials are watchful and we need the Father's blessing to get through each time.
We have many great stories of the Father's faithfulness in getting us across when it looked like it wasn't going to happen.
Loaves are being sent off to areas all over China to supply nourishment for hungry family members.
Yesterday we were bringing in S.S. materials that included "Revival's Golden Key" by Ray Comfort and a book by sabina Wurmbrand.
All praise to the Father for His goodness and provision.
Keep lifting us up.

Saturday, April 5
Hi Friends,
All is well. We have been making border crossings with loaves for the last two days. Much has been brought in but we need the prayers of the Body. Many of the customs officials are catching on and we are often stopped having our cargo confiscated. We can pick it up after it is confiscated to take it back over to Hong Kong but it takes time. I have made six crossings and have been stopped twice. We sent many boxes off to the underground "Family" yesterday and will keep it up.
Pray for our trips across and for success in getting through.
Remember that there is a 12 hour time difference from home. We will be crossing from approx. 8PM - 8AM US Eastern time. Pray for us and for the loaves to get into the hands of those who have none.

DAY 1 April 1 2008
We just arrived! Only one suitcase full of "Loaves" was lost. 2,800 lbs made it in.
We are tired but thankful. When I walked up to the conveyor belt to pick up the suitcases in Beijing, I found that one had broken open and was moving around the conveyor with the lid open and about a half dozen "Loaves" spread around it as it ran past airport workers and everyone waiting to gather their luggage. Needles to say I reacted quickly to stuff the precious cargo back into it and no problems arose. HalleluYah!
We will travel South by train on the 2nd. Our ladies team will be moving on to their assignment also.
